Rotocone Vacuum Dryers are based on improved technology for quick, low-temperature, efficient and uniform dying. The process can economically be used for total removal of costly solvents or total removal of costly solvents or any harmful chemicals. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, bulk drugs, fine chemicals and allied industries and helps GMP based working by achieving optimum dust-control, while easy handling of charging and discharging the materials. The dryer capacities from 50 – 3000 liters, on request they design higher capacities.

- Central cylindrical shell with both conical end portions, ensure proper material contact with the inner hot surface area (steam or hot water jacketed).
- Unit is provided with mechanical seals on vacuum as well as on heating sides, including cyclone separator, safety guard with limit switch, butterfly valve for discharge.
- The unit can also be supplied with lump breaking chopper arrangement, flame proof motor, charging bins, condenser and receiver etc.
