High Speed Disperser

Traxit Engineers Pvt Ltd has developed a High Speed Disperser for use primarily three process applications, viz., a) Mixing, b) Dispersing, and c) Dissolution and is generally found necessary when high viscosity material are to be handled. Extension of the above operations leads to Solid suspension in fluid of varying viscosities, preparing emulsions, homogenizing, etc. Various industries use such dispersers, some of them are: industrial finishes, printing inks, carbon black, textile print pastes, slurry preparation for SMC and DMC, food stuff, colour batches, sealing compound, adhesives, etc. The shaft is designed to ensure that the critical speed of the system is higher than the maximum operating speed. The impeller is dynamically balanced and the ram on which the head is supported is hard chrome plated to give smooth operation and long life. Traxit high speed dispersers are available in various materials of construction as dictated by the process material being handled and generally tailor made to suit individual client’s requirement. Traxit high speed dispersers can be made available from 10 litres to 3000 litres capacity.
