High Speed Disperser

Clarion Enterprises offers High Speed Disperser, FS Series, the dispersion achieved by "saw tooth" mixing blade which rotating at high speed. The blade imparts high shear forces to raw materials. By choosing proper blade size, the raw materials will be repeatedly mixed in the tank until reach a proper fineness. After that, turn materials into bead mill to grind further until to idea grinding fineness. The dispersers are widely used for dispersing various materials such as printing ink, paints, dyes, pesticides, non-metal materials, etc. The company manufactures machines for powder coating manufacturing and testing equipments. It has developed single screw reciprocating extruder (kneader) for powder coating (the only manufacturer of such machines in India). The company also manufactures complete plants for manufacturing powder coating, including ACM pulverisers, premixer, vibro-sievers, double cone mixers, compact cooler (Kibbler), and containers for automation of plants on turnkey basis also. The company also offers Horizontal Bead Mills, Conical Pins Bead Mills, etc.
