These are suitable for continuous wet grinding of solids in liquid materials, and they are widely used in paint, coating, ink, pigment, colour paste, cosmetic, pesticide, and non-mental mines industries. There are various models such as 0.3L, 1.4L, 5L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 60L, 100L, 200L and 250L. All bead mills are adopting axial dynamic gap separator. For example: "ZM30DB" is 30L, single mechanical seal, ex electrical cabinet. The company manufactures machines for powder coating manufacturing and testing equipments. It has developed single screw reciprocating extruder (kneader) for powder coating (the only manufacturer of such machines in India). The company also manufactures complete plants for manufacturing powder coating, including ACM pulverisers, premixer, vibro-sievers, double cone mixers, compact cooler (Kibbler), and containers for automation of plants on turnkey basis also.
