High Output Centrifugal Finishing

Spaleck introduces a fully automatic processing centre consisting of the Z44 centrifugal finisher with PLC and operator guidance via screen panel, interlinked with a VAT240 roundtub drier and a ZMT4 F recycling centrifuge for operation of the installation without effluent discharge. It has a multi-batch system to minimise idle times of the machine and there is automatic gap adjustment and regulation. The special geometry of the working tub and design of the rotor enable an intensive treatment and reduced cycle times. A high concentricity (low wobble) of the rotor ensures a long service life.
