Sodium hypochlorite is the powerful disinfection media for the disinfection of potable water, foods and beverage, wastewater, odour and corrosion control, cooling towers, oxidation and swimming pools. Ti Anode Fabricates design, manufacture, supply, erect and commission on-site sodium hypochlorite generator, producing 0.8% (8000 ppm) concentrated sodium hypochlorite by combining three common consumables; viz., salt, water and electricity. Tiaano sodium hypochlorite generators are skid mounted, consist of electrolytic cell(s), power supply/rectifier, control panel/PLC, water softener, brine proportioning pump, hydrogen dilution blower and an optional water chiller/heater. All-in-one compact unit design is conducive to easy installation and start-up. The simple-to-install skid-mounted systems can be fully operational and generating hypochlorite with in 2 to 24 hours, depending on system capacity.
