DUAL BLOCK INDUSTRIAL BURNERS

Suntec Energy Systems offers Dual Block Industrial Burners, Model TI series. The burners have been designed according to a modular concept and are composed of a combustion head, fan, and a separate electrical control panel. A pumping unit and a feed heating station (if necessary) are added to fuel oil or dual fuel burners, while gas trains are added to gas or dual fuel burners. The burners in this series are destined for use in large plants, such as district-heating systems and applications in industrial processes with considerable heat requirements. They can also be used in particular situations, which require the use of combustion air pre-heated to 200ºC. These are progressive two-stage operation burners with modulating operation obtained with an electronic microprocessor regulator, which continuously adapts the air and fuel flow rates to the requirements of the user, as detected with a pressure or temperature sensor (can be provided on request). Both versions are equipped with adjustable combustion heads capable of instantaneous adaptation to different outputs in order to ensure each heat output rate with the optimum fluid dynamics conditions for good combustion. With the separate fan, selected according to specific system requirements, these industrial burners can operate regardless of the combustion chamber counter pressure value. Likewise, the separate pumping units proposed in the two 1400 and 2800 RPM versions can be selected according to the heat output required and the fuel to be used. The 2800 RPM units are suited to light fuel oil; the larger, but extremely reliable 1400 RPM units are suited to heavy fuel oils. Lastly, the modular design of the feed heaters permits the most appropriate solution to be sized for each situation according to the specific requirements of the user with efficient use of the preheating of the fuel.
