Suntec Energy Systems offers low NOx industrial oil, gas and dual fuel air register burners ER Series (Dualbloc), manufactured by Riello Burners Italy. This company is a pioneer and among the largest burner manufacturers in the world, producing over 500,000 burners per annum with market share of 18.4% and turnover of Euro 131 million. Features: firing range – 2.5 MW to 20 MW, low NOx Dualbloc burners; applications – process/civil installation, D-shape water tube boilers; well suited to equipment having short furnaces with large diameter, these series offers flexibility to have separate fuel system, a gas train, control panel and a fan, the modulating regulation has a wide range turn down ratio and optimal fluid-dynamics conditions for good combustion; low NOx emissions – thanks to the combustion head design based on the concept of multistage combustion to control the flame temperature; suitable for pre-heated combustion air up to 250°C (on request), the ER series reduce polluting emissions with its exclusive design based on a three-zone combustion system; air dampers for air setting controlled by two independent high precision servomotors; stainless steel end cone, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures; and option available – mechanical cam or electronic cam, O2 trim and VFD.
