Trio-Chem Techno-Legal Services offers a composting machine THM Windrow Prince for the treatment & disposal of distillery effluent. This is a product of state-of-the-art engineering and international standard. It has powerful 153 HP Cummins diesel engine powering the rotor and hydraulic system. This design saves space and can turn 1450 MT of pressmud and accommodate 1250 MT of pressmud in one acre. It is equipped with independent hydrostatic drives for front wheels. Since effluent spraying is in controlled manner it is possible to get higher effluent to pressmud ratio. There are sixteen nozzles of 1¼” (30 mm) in SS 304 for efficient effluent spraying on pressmud while it is being turned, which ensures maximum utilisation of spentwash and coats every particle of pressmud. No lumps or leachates formation and composting is done in line with the Pollution Control Board’s norms. Nearly 40 machines sold in India, Thailand, Indonesia and south America.
