- The moulds go through final pressing operation, vibratory press/miniberator ensures complete orientation of particles. This process helps reduce the pressing force required in moulding process.Â
- Compressed air supply at 4.5 to 6 kg/cm2; 3 phase power supply for the motor; pressing capacity - equivalent to the pressing capacity of 600 mt hydraulic press.
- Moulding capacity - 300 kg including the weight of mould; pressing time - 15 to 45 sec; moisture content in mix - 3 to 4%; standard table size - 1200 mm x 900 mm.
- Day light of the press - 500 mm or 1000 mm; type of mould - wooden mould only; air requirement - 4.5 to 6 kg/cm2; unbalanced motors - 2 nos
