Giriraj Engineering Enterprises is engaged in manufacturing Vibrator Press that is used to compress the any type of mould through continuous vibration. The operating procedure of the vibrator press starts when the mould is placed on the moulding table and is filled with the material to be compressed. Lowered by the lever operator valve, the top plate is placed over the mould. After this, the vibrator motors are switched on until the brick size achieves main objective of the top plate. This ensures that the position of the mould is not dislocated during the pressing and avoids any similar motion between the table and the mould. This procedure makes sure that during vibration only the material will dislocate from its position and the air is released to get the compaction of the material.
