Pharma Clean Room Instruments

Ace Instruments offers a range of Pharma Clean Room Instruments. The clean room monitor measures room differential pressure, temperature and humidity. It is available with a choice of integrated sensors or external transmitters; Modbus RS 485 communication for integration with BMS; and analog re-transmission 3 x 4-20 mA for PLC/DDC integration. The clean room differential pressure monitor measures room differential pressure in pharma clean rooms and for HVAC applications. It is available with field selectable engineering units of mm WC, Pascals or inches WC, and analog 4-20 mA output and RS 485 Modbus communication. The clean room scanner accepts up to 3 analog inputs from front-end transmitters with DIP switch analog input selection between 4-20 mA/0-10 V DC, analog 4-20 mA retransmission for all 3 channels and RS 485 Modbus communication. Synchronised GPS wireless clocks: these GPS based high accuracy wireless synchronised master and slave clocks are suitable for clean rooms and bulk drugs/API. These are available with front flush stainless steel plates for pharma clean rooms and also in flameproof enclosure approved by CIMFR, Dhanbad. The company also offers: 1. Gas monitors - oxygen monitor transmitters and room/plant oxygen monitor. This measures from 0.0 to 25.0% with clear LED display, in-built alarm buzzer for alert and 4-20 mA analog output/RS 485 Modbus communication; and 2. Carbon dioxide indicator transmitter - room carbon dioxide indicator transmitter that measures from 0 to 2000 PPM up to 30,000 PPM, analog 4-20 mA or 2-10 V DC output.
