Lab Sifter

Ram Engineering Company has developed an import substitute Lab Sifter for use in food processing and pharmaceutical units. This lasts longer and gives an absolutely trouble free performance. The Jaguar Lab Sifter is highly efficient laboratory equipment, which will help dramatically improve the quality of products bought or produced. It is beneficial to analyse samples at all times and is like eyes to all flour millers to see what they are milling is right and perfect, as milling to consistent particle size in each fraction is the essence. Jaguar make lab sifter is a timer controlled device, consisting of a motorised stack of 7 sieves of different standard mesh sizes, facilitating the study of grinding grades and check the quality of material made or bought. The standard sieves are imported from SEFAR, Switzerland. The sieves are mounted on circular moulded wooden frames, all the sifters have rubber bouncing cubes, the cover is made of stainless steel with a bakelite knob, the collection tray is made of aluminium, and an endless nylon belt is used for the drive. The sifting speed is ideally designed to be 250 RPM. The equipment is well balanced radially and dynamically. Applications are in the following industries: cement, flour mills, bakeries and biscuit units, coffee and tea industries, milk powder units, spices processing units, food processing units, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, metallurgical labs, powder metallurgy units, archaeological labs, geological labs, etc.
