Slide assemblies are made as per the following details: base and slide - rigid cast iron planned, stress relieved, machined and hand scraped; guide ways - EN 354 hardened and ground; keeper plate - EN-8, toughened and hardened; and eccentric pin - EN-8 machined, toughened and ground.
