Effluent Treatment Plants

Gala Precision Engineering Private Limited offers Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) for industrial waste water. An ETP comprises of flash mixer, flocculator tank, primary tube settler, bio reactors, MGF, and ACF as required. The product received after this then can be treated by RO and can be reused. Water filtration and re-circulation system: the contaminated liquid (chemically added water) from vibratory machine is drained to the liquid storage tank through paper/compact band filter. The liquid is pumped by means of open impeller type centrifugal pump and passed through cartridge filter for final filtration. The filtered water is supplied back to vibratory machine. The solenoid valves are provided for backwash arrangement. Filtration/softening/DM plant: filtration systems are used to remove suspended solids from source water. The various types of filtration systems are pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, iron removal filter, micron cartridge filter, multi grade filter, bag filter, disk filter. This filtration system can be given in FRP/MSEP/MSRL/SS. Water softening, demineralisation and mix bed systems: softening, DM and MB are iron exchange resin based technology. Standard softeners are available as down or up flow type. The system is supplied with necessary brine solution preparation tank for regeneration of the softeners. Reverse osmosis systems: the technology can treat tap, brackish, sea and waste water to produce specific treated water quality to suit various applications.
