Effluent Evaporators

N R Design Engineers offers Effluent Evaporators for low quantity effluents between 100 LPD to 25,000 LPD with high TDS, and which are difficult to treat by conventional chemical and biological treatment methods. The effluent evaporator consists of inlet pump, blower, heater, liquid-air mixing tube, air-liquid separator, solid-liquid separator, pipings, and electrical controls. The major advantages of evaporator system is the absence of chemical usage, sludge handling, sludge drying beds, solar drying beds and hence zero effluent discharge. Typical user industries are electroplating, metal finishing, textile dyeing, pharmaceutical, chemicals, process and general engineering industries using chemicals, greases, oils, etc.
