Material Recovery Evaporators

N R Design Engineers offers material recovery evaporators for recovery of costly materials and chemicals from process waste waters. Recovery of chromium, nickel, copper and other noble metals in electroplating; solvents and chemicals in pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries; fats, oils and emulsions in edible oil and petroleum industries, etc, are typical applications. The recovery evaporators are profitable, in addition to treating the waste-waters to the norms of PCB. These evaporators can also be used for treating low volume with high BOD, COD and TDS effluents, instead of conventional chemical and biological treatment methods, which results in sludge and sludge associated problems. The heat sources for the evaporator are either steam/LPG/diesel/electricity, etc. Any available waste heat from boiler and furnace exhausts can also be utilised for the evaporation.
