Dust collectors from Aerovent Projects Pvt Ltd are specially designed for single point dust extraction. These are compact and mounted on wheels. These dust collectors find application in industries such as pharmaceutical, cement, chemical and dairies. These are especially useful in air-conditioned rooms, as the dust can be removed in the dust collector and conditioned air can be circulated in the same room. Units have also been developed with acoustic insulation to give silent operation Aerovent unitary dust collectors can be supplied with mechanical shaker or with pulse jet automatic cleaning. Normally for low dust level, mechanical shaker suffice. However, for large heavy dust loading, pulse jet automatic cleaning is recommended to prevent build up of caking on the filter media. Standard material of construction is mild steel. These can also be offered in stainless steel construction. The standard air capacity of the dust collector is 300 CFM and 450 CFM
