Geared Motors

Manu Engineering Works, Ahmedabad, offers Geared Motors as import substitute, conforming to international standard and frame sizes. The unique motor series, Model KGN, available in compact AC induction geared motors with excellent gear arrangement. These motors can be easily used in place of any imported ones. They are available in 25 W (80 mm square frame with ear head), 40 W, 60 W and 90 W in (90 mm square frame with gear head and 120 to 380 W in (120 mm square gear head). The motors have dual function and therefore the same motor can be used as a 230 V, 3-phase, AC motor with suitable AC drive as a stepless speed control motor (without capacitor). These motors are reversible in both the above functions and are also available with electromagnetic brake (fail safe type) and thermally protected.
