NPS Drive Automation offers a range of PositionServo Drives, designed to make life simple for machine builders and automation engineers that require a straightforward, cost effective servo drive without complex programming or set-up. Two models are available: the 940 for systems that require encoder feedback for positioning and the 941 for systems that require resolver feedback for positioning. Designed and manufactured to satisfy global standards for performance and interconnectivity, PositionServo is also available with a range of standard MCS and compact MUS Lenze servomotors. Basic description: Motion – 64-bit indexing (incremental, absolute, registered, segmented), resolver feedback option – Model 941, encoder feedback option – Model 940, linear and S-curve accel and decel; output – 2 A to 18 A, sinusoidal three-phase; programming – simple-to-use, Lenze Motionview software, means easy set-up and commissioning, auto-tuning with a huge built-in database of motors and parameter sets, EPM chip; power – single-phase AC – 120 V AC (voltage doubler), 200/240 V AC, three-phase AC – 200/240 V AC, 400/480 V AC; EMC filters – optional, internal on single-phase 200/240 V models, external filter range available; options – Lenze servo motors available including standard MCS and compact MUS types; and comms options – ModbusRTU, ModbusTCP, DeviceNet, CANopen, connection cables and accessories for a complete packaged solution.
