Trans Coils Pvt Ltd (TCPL) offers a Mechanical Variable Speed Drive (VSD), Model E, attached with a scale and setting knob. The arrangement enables the user to facilitate micro settings (fine settings) of speed where small change of speed setting is important for synchronisation of process sequences. The mechanism permits settings even when the drive is in operation and machine in running condition. The scale on the drive provides setting records for repeat operations for future needs or different batch requirements. The position locking of the scale is automatic due to inherent design features. The scale covers full range of variation from No Speed to Max Speed that is from 0 to 400 RPM. The company also offers a wide range of torque limiters, linear actuators and couplings.
