Digital servo drive system

Fagor Automation S Coop makes digital servo drive system (Model: PS-25A) that consists in a set of fully digital drives whose all internal processes are handled with digital technology and Vector Control techniques. The drives calculate all three control loops (position, velocity and torque). They are connected directly to 380-460V mains without the need for start-up resistors in their two versions namely modular and compact. Direct feedback, encoder simulator board, motor feedback board, digital SERCOS interface board, analog interface board and digital input/output boards constitute the system. Input supply power: Three-phase mains: 380 VAC ? 15 per cent up to 460 VAC + 10 per cent 50/60 Hz. Output voltage: 600 VDC (540?650 VDC) Maximum output power: 25 Kw (75 Kw, 1 sec) Rated output current: 45A (135 A, 1 sec) Control circuit voltage supply: 24 VDC (21?28 VDC) Internal crowbar resistance (Ballast): 18?/520 w Protections: Overvoltage, Overtemperature and Mains power surge Dimensions: 77x347x255 mm3
