AC VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES, VFS11

Jeltron Systems offers AC Variable Frequency Drives, VFS11. It is compact, offers high performance, and ensures low acoustic noise. It is available from 0.2 to 15 kW both in 200 and 400 V ranges. It comes with EMC noise filter. Its sensor-less vector control feature gives low speed start-up torque of over 150% of the rated torque even at very low speeds. Its automatic torque boost facility improves the drive performance at low speeds. Its design features include IGBT technology, sinusoidal PWM control technology, high carrier frequency (2.2 to 12 kHz), acceleration and deceleration from 0.1 sec to 3600 sec, output frequency range from 0.5 to 400 Hz, over loading capacity of 150% for 60 sec and 200% for 0.5 sec. Its standard operational features include automatic torque boost facility, energy saving feature, 5 user selectable control inputs and 2 user selectable control outputs, DC braking, dynamic braking, 15 preset speeds, inbuilt potentiometer, multiple control inputs like 0-10 V, 4-20 mA and external potentiometer, provision for external frequency meter or ammeter, along with frequency skip, jog run, auto restart, regenerative power ride through control, close loop control with PI control, etc.
