Vibratory Bowl Feeders

Jaycee Industries manufactures vibratory bowl feeders suitable for automatic feeding of components to machines and power presses for subsequent operation. The components are dumped in bulk into the bowl. Under the action of vibrations, the components are dispersed over the convex bottom of bowl towards the walls where they enter into the input end of the track along which they travel upward. The orientating device allows only the properly oriented blanks to reach the delivery end of the elevated track, all others are dislodged and drop back into the bottom of the bowl. The oriented blanks form a queue at the delivery end of the bowl. Features of this machine are: solid state control to vary the feed rate infinitely, ie, from 0 to 120 pieces per minute depending on the shape, size, weight and capacity required; toolings such as escapements, and pressure breakers are provided inside the bowl; bowls are made up of aluminium casting or can be fabricated from mild steel or stainless steel; vibratory bowl feeders are useful to feed components such as bottle caps, electronic components, screws, bolts, drills, pressed blanks, etc, to the machines. Adjustable height stands can also be made available for mounting the vibratory bowl feeders.
