Vibration Control For CMM

Machine House offers world class vibration isolation insulation with technology from M/s Bilz Vibration Technology, Germany. Bilz, Bi Air membrane air spring is ideal for controlling surrounding vibration on CMMs, which is insulated by high efficient membrane air springs. The level controller (mechanical pneumatics valves) will maintain a level accuracy of ±1/100 mm automatically even while the loading may change. Membrane air spring insulator – Bi Air has a wide range of applications in: vibration sensitive measuring and testing machines, laser scales, optical, and electronic as well as medical equipment. Another range of application is the vibration-insulated foundation of vehicle motor and other performance testers. Available in nine different sizes, BiAir 0.15 to 5 ED and load in the range of 65 kg/piece to 15500 kg/piece, there is no need to make an isolated foundation if Bi-Air membrane air springs are used for installation of CMMs.
