Super-Fin

The Super-Fin is a centrifugal planetary finishing system with a very high processing speed. It is capable of handling high precision fragile parts and parts needing ultra-fine finish. This machine creates a controlled centrifugal force within the container pressing parts and media into a tightly packed mass. The rotation of its drums in opposite direction results in a smooth sliding action. Its powerful rubbing action under 8 to 10 G pressure, quality media & effective finishing compound gives an excellent surface quality in minimum process time. The finishing time for the product is reduced drastically from hours to minutes without any distortion in finished work pieces. The capacity of the machine ranges from 10 litres to 200 litres. The company also offers semi automatic machines with fix barrels and machines with detachable barrels.
