The working range is from dia 16 to 150 mm × 500 mm stroke length. Khushbu VHM is designed to cater to the precise requirements of honing applications. It is manufactured keeping in view fast, accurate and precision honing at a minimum cost for any variety of jobs like cylinder liners, connecting rods, rocker arms, cylinder barrels, job shop applications, valves and pump bodies, etc. The design is compact, sturdy but reliable. The set-up time is less, hence more efficient and productivity. The machine has hydraulic rotary and reciprocating speed; hydraulic stone expansion and retraction; toughened and hard chrome plated guide rails covered with bellows to guide honing head; shockless and smooth sliding motion; and is completely tooled up, ready for operation. This VHM has some standard features likes PLC for better control of honing cycle. It has dwelling (jogging) facility as well and offers more modern features to ease operations.
