Hole drill edm

Modern Machine Tools has over 20 years experience in manufacturing of EDMs and CNC EDMs specially employed for producing dies and moulds of any intricate or irregular shape commonly used in tool rooms. The company has recently developed a new product called `Hole Drill EDM', Model SD350 ZNC. It is an intelligent programmable drill EDM and easy to operate by simply entering the proper machining current values, while the other machining parameters are set automatically for maximum convenient operation. A digital read out system is available for accurate positioning. The machine is capable of drilling holes from 0.3 mm to 3 mm dia. Pure water is used as a die electric medium. The machine employs a high pressure pump with automatic pressure relief function for water dripping free performance when pump stops. An encoder on the Z-axis is provided for accurate size check.
