Modern Machine Tools offer Auto Cage Rivet Inserting Machines. These machines are PLC controlled/ pneumatically controlled machines and fit rivets on the cages automatically. These machines use the vacuum system to pull the rivets and a special switch to check for any rivet missing. The automatic loading and unloading is also done by the vacuum system. Features: vibratory feeder for rivets; automatic checking for rivet missing; automatic loading unloading; and cycle time 3.5 secs.
