Geared Drilling Machine (32mm)

Drilling machines are manufactured in bench and pillar types and also in simple pulley drive and back geared models. They can perform wide operations of drilling, reaming, lapping, counter boring and tapping. Accuracy and structural rigidity makes it ideal choice for mass production and tools room operation. Heavy-duty drilling heads are reinforced with ribs and required volume of cast iron to withstand and structural distortion while drilling operation. Precision bored bearing surface and honed bores gives close tolerance for spindle movements.

Machines main spindle is made of alloy steal which drives in internally broached sleeve; widely supported bearings do not allow transmission of unwanted belt vibration to the spindle. This multi splined spindle and drive bush system has high efficiency in power transmission as compared to single key drive. Wide variety of working tables shapes and size like plain round or square shaped or slotted coolant channels makes drilling operation more efficient an
