Ravik Engineers Pvt Ltd offers special purpose machines (SPMs) for drilling/multi-drilling/tapping/boring, manufactured to suit the requirements of different types of jobs. These SPMs are provided with simple, electrical and hydraulic controls for ease in operation, maintenance and to get automatic cycle of operation for drilling/multi-drilling/tapping/boring. Depending on operational requirement, the machines are build using imported or indigenous self feed type unit head or with separate hydraulic slides, modular type construction using unit heads and fabricated stress relieved machine bed. Operator convenience and productivity are the main features considered at the time of designing machine, mostly for tapping pitch controlled feed system is used. The machines are provided optionally with coolant equipment and automatic lubrication system for slide, etc. Specifications of the machine are worked out based on job details.
