Column Drilling Machine

PSG Industrial Institute offers a column drilling machine, Model PSG CDM-50. The design of this machine lends itself to production drilling and is adaptable to tooling accessories to enhance automation. Fine feeding for reaming and boring is accomplished through manual operation of the fine feed hand wheel. Automatic feeding is accomplished through push button controls located at the end of the rapid hand feed lever. The feed is equipped with an electro mechanical clutch. The vertical adjustment and lock are located on the front of the machine to render ease of operation. The vertical adjustment allows to position the tool and work in the optimum position to eliminate lost motion. The CDM-50 is equipped with a tool ejector and latch to avoid unintentional tool ejection.
