Minimatic Machines offers a multi spindle CNC Drilling Machine. This multi spindle-drilling machine has vertical movement, by ball screw and servo drive and harden guideways, so the depths of drilling are well maintained. This is fixed PCD drilling head, specifically required for PCD. The spindle is mounted on a gearbox and is driven by single motor. For speed control, a VFC is used. The job is mounted on the base of the machine by fixture or vice or chuck. This machine is useful for mass production of drilling jobs.
