Minimatic Machines offers a vertical CNC 2-axis Drill Machine. This is useful for to drilling more than one drill on one line drilling. The machine is operated by CNC servo drive and LM guideways. The job is clamping on a pneumatic operated vice or fixture. For fast production and cycle time the carbide drill can be used. For smaller batch, production, HSS tools can be used. The structure of the machine is made from fabricated MS steel, and is stress relieved, so the structure is of very high rigidity. The company has well equipped, well-set, state-of-the-art industry standard full-fledged workshop with all facilities in-house. It uses high quality raw materials, top-level machining processes, and personal monitoring at every stage of manufacturing, from complex designing to finishing colour process.
