Circular Thread/Form Rolling Machine

Hi-Tech Machine Tools offers a Circular Thread/Form Rolling Machine, Model TRM-30. The machine is based on the renowned principle of symmetrical movement of both roll shafts. A new feature, circular ground guide bars, was incorporated for enhancing the rigidity of the machine. The hydraulic system is made up of standard elements ensures a continuous, steady 30-tonne thrust. The tilting of the shaft makes through feeding simple and easy. In addition, there is an automated centralised lubrication system, which minimises maintenance. The TRM-30 machine is also used extensively for burnishing and straightening (engine valves).
