Burnishing Drills

J N Tools offers a range of Burnishing Drills designed with two cutting edges and two guide pads. One could add multiple steps as per the application. Radial step difference: as close as 0.03 mm could be achieved. For aluminium machining flutes are polished so that they have a mirror finish. They could be supplied with or without coolant holes. Hole tolerance maintained for all steps is 'H7'. The company also undertakes re-sharpening of these burnishing drills if this facility is not available at costumers’ end.
