The wire rod is fed from coiler and connected to decoiler arrangement and the speed is syncronised as per blast cleaning surface finish requirement of wire rod. Important features include heavy-duty and powerful blast wheel stations, sufficient number of deflector plates are provided to focus shots concentration, well ventilated machine due to powerful dust collector unit, spent shots recirculation, automatic and PLC monitored operation.
