Shot Blasting Machine With Metallic Conveyor System

This machine incorporates special metallic conveyor system, far better than conventional rubber belt conveyor system. The metallic conveyor is precisely guided to ensure minimum play between the metallic components. Overload operation relay and non-contact speed control protects the metallic conveyor drum against excessive torque. The machine has lead to high blast clean performance, gentle collision and tumbling of the components, full exposure on all the surfaces of the components in the blast stream and continuous removal of abrasive. Belt speed can be varied in this type of machine as per the requirement of the customer. Running the belt in reverse direction does proper unloading of the components. In this type of shot blasting machine internal cleaning of components is more effective as powerful ricochet effect is created within the machine due to special metallic conveyor provided in the system. The machine consists of a powerful blast wheel station, the blast wheel directly mounted on shaft of motor, so that more amount of shots can be propelled per HP. The blast wheel assembly contains a few alloy steel hard liners (eleven numbers only) and the wheel blades are taper lock type. The work cabinet of the machine is fully lined with manganese steel sheet to retard wear. Other features: pneumatically operated automated door operation; automatic abrasive adding device; an effective air dynamic separation system for abrasive recycling system; vertical panel with all controls; and main cabinet and abrasive recovery and cleaning system connected through duct with reverse pulse jet type or cartridge type of dust collection unit to provide required suction power to the blast cabinet and abrasive recovery unit. The machine can be further automated by providing program logic controller (PLC).
