Shot Blasting Machine, Tunnel Type

Surface Finishing Equipment Co, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, has introduced an entirely new range of inline tunnel type shot blasting machine for cleaning of rods, bars, billets, angles, girdle, fabricated structures and plates, etc. The machine houses powerful and strategically located blast wheels in upward and downward position. The blast wheel throws streams of shots on the job from all sides. The job is cleaned perfectly inside work chamber. The number of Blast Wheel stations and their position is decided on the basis of output requirement and configuration of job. Specially designed roller conveyor system is provided for smooth inline conveying of job. The conveyor is capable of conveying 7 to 8 jobs simultaneously. The speed of conveyor is variable. A clean job comes out from work cabinet on outlet portion of conveyor for subsequent treatment. The machine is provided with shot recirculation system, shot cleaning system, dust collector and a compact and aesthetically designed control panel having all safety features as per international standards. The company also provides shot measurement kits as per requirements of ISO: 9001.
