Surface Finishing Equipment Co, an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, offers Jumbo 12 Blast Wheel Station Fully Automatic Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine for medium to heavy jobs. The machine is high on production on account of continuous operation, it features continuous monorail hanger type conveyor system in closed loop fashion. The jobs are loaded on specially provided load bar hoist, which carry them into blast chamber. The blast chamber houses canted and strategically positioned 12 blast wheel station. The job passes through blast stream of these blast wheels and by high-pressure blower clean in single pass. The sequence of programming can be done for different type of jobs. The clean job is transferred into air wash chamber where it is auto air washed by high-pressure blower. The cleaned job comes out from this chamber and unloaded from hoist. The machine features the most modern and efficient abrasive circulation and cleaning system. The entire machine is air ventilated by reverse pulse jet type heavy-duty and continuously operated dust collector having pleated cartridge type dust collection system. The entire operation of machine is controlled by wireless type PLC having real time display arrangement.
