Shot Blasting for Stator & Rotor of Motor

Surface Finishing Equipment Company offers Shot Blasting for Stator & Rotor of Motor. This machine is specially designed for shot blasting of stator and rotor outside & inside. The machine consists of track mounted work car with free roller drive having track extension on the both side. The machine is provided with two Automatic pressure blast nozzle with nozzle reciprocation by left and right lead screw system, one automatic blow-off gun, blast generator, cartridge type dust collector and electrical control panel. The blast chamber is having one front door with vision window for inspection and maintenance. The top of chamber have air louvers and lighting arrangement. It has two pair of side doors on the work car with rubber sealing. The work car is having two pair of side doors with pneumatic cam action lock arrangement and motorized rotating rollers arrangement. The work car can move inside and outside the blast cabinet on track extension. The unique design of work car facilitate easy loading and unloading of jobs. When work car is outside the blasting chamber it can be easily assessable by overhead crane for loading / unloading of job. The entire operation of the machine is PLC based. The job is loaded on twin roller of work car and work car moved inside blast chamber. The both nozzles are suitably positioned on the job for external and internal cleaning & the stroke length of nozzle is adjusted manually by limit switch. After blasting of job the operation is stopped and work car is taken out for unloading and reloading purpose. The spent abrasive inside the cabinet are transferred into reclaimer unit for sieving and air washing purpose. The sieved media is transferred into pressure blaster having single pressure chamber. The entire system is ventilated by anti-pollution dust collector system conforming to Central Board of Pollution Control norms.
