Huge 3000kg Blasting Pots

Surface Finishing Equipment Company offers Huge 3000kg Blasting Pots. Pressure Blast Generator will be continuous type with two separate chambers. The unit will consist of Dual Blast generator cum storage tank for continuous operation. The unit will have upper and lower blast generator (pressure vessel). The abrasive, after blasting will be transferred to upper blast generator. When lower blast generator is pressurized, the Feed valve of upper generator will be open to receive the abrasive and will store it. The Feed valve of upper blast chamber will get close and Feed valve of lower blast chamber will open. At this time the abrasive will get transferred to lower generator, without interfering the blasting process. Hence this dual chamber machine works continuously. It will have pilot operated exhaust diaphragm valves to release the compressed air. At the outlet of exhaust valve Silencers will be fitted to keep the noise level low.

The blast generators will be fabricated from 6mm MS sheet as per IS-2825 and it will be hydraulically tested for 250 psi underneath the blast generator, the specially designed pneumatically controlled sand valves will be provided for independent control of blasting nozzle. The mixing tube at the bottom of sand valve mixes the abrasive with compressed air to carries the abrasive to the blasting nozzle for blasting. The machine will have specially designed Sand Valves and Air-line Circuit to provide the individual working of two nozzles without de-pressurizing the machine. The blasting of each nozzle can be switched ON/OFF without affecting the operation of other nozzle.
