Continuous Blasting Machine

Synco makes non-stop blasting machines. Production continues during machine refill by either an overhead hopper (needs cycle timer for auto refill) or manual loading with bagged abrasives. Convenient size permits transport to job sites. It is available for single or dual operators. Overall pressure vessel dimensions are 24" diameter and 63" height. Each chamber holds 4 cubic feet of abrasives. All dual chamber machines are equipped with two automatic self-sealing pop-up valves and are set up for high production with 1-1/4" piping. The operation is simple. When starting, both chambers are filled with sand through top opening. Air is then released into both the upper and lower chambers, Sand in the upper chamber is transferred to the lower chamber as consumed. When transfer is completed the upper chamber is depressurized for refill, while the lower chamber remains under pressure for continuous blasting. The cycle is then repeated. Portable/cabinet type blasting machines with pneumatic/airless operation are offered.
