Bar, Rod, Billet Sand/Shot Blasting Machine

The bars/billets/rods are sand/shot blasted for cleaning prior to drawing of the same. This machine is capable of cleaning of bars, rods and billets at a speed 70-80 mtr per minute. The machine entails manganese steel cabinet having 8 mega blast wheels, each driven by 50 HP electric motor. The job is placed on V-shape conveyor system. The pinch rollers are provided at inlet and outlet position of machine for making smooth movement during high linear speed. The entire machine is ventilated with heavy-duty pulse jet type cartridge dust collector conforming to CBPC norms.
