Lapping Plates, Meehanite Grade Ci

Speedfam India offers meehanite grade lapping plates for hand lapping/polishing or machine lapping/polishing applications. Meehanite grade cast iron is selected due to its physical and chemical properties which exhibit excellent results in lapping and polishing applications. Abrasive impregnation is even over the entire surface of the plates which results in scratch-free and better surface finishing results. These plates are ultrasonically tested to detect cracks/blow holes on the plates, which may deteriorate the end results. The plates are available from 12"to 48"diameter as well as in segment forms, as per customer requests.
