Suhner India is specialised in power tools and abrasives, and has expertise in economical material surface conditioning. The Abrasive Program, a unique concept using electric power tools, flexible shaft grinders and/or air tools, guarantees optimal results. The standard product range consists of wide range of power tools, viz., pneumatic and electrical (1- & 3-phase) grinders, and a complimentary range of abrasives. The speed range of these tools varies from 2000 to 80000 RPM. The abrasive range covers coated and bonded abrasives, non-woven types, discs, mounted points, carbide rotary burrs in various sizes and shapes. The company has been active in finding economical, low-cost manufacturing solutions and today is recognised as a leader in the field of machining units for drilling, milling and tapping operations. The product line includes drilling units up to 60 mm drills with 40000 rpm, tapping units up to M30 taps, multi-spindle heads of adjustable and fixed types and special purpose machines, used in various automotive and other allied industries with cycle times of 10 sec and accuracy up to 1 micron.
