ABRASIVE SLEEVES

R R International offers Abrasive Sleeves. It is used on expanding rubber drums (Rubber Mandrels). The unique construction of spiral bands provides smooth, chatter-free operation, thereby giving the operator greater control of the tool. It is ideally used for grinding, blending, deburring, smoothing, finishing and polishing a wide variety of flat and contoured surfaces, including the inside of holes and other hard-to-reach areas. It is also effective on hardware with contours or intricate shapes. It can be effectively used on metal, glass & even wooden surfaces. Its applications are finishing Curved or contoured areas and other hard to reach areas; Removing parting lines, imperfections, and burrs on all surface; Its features are: prevents skipping and bumping; easy use; reduces down time. It is available in a diameter ranging from 12 mm to 100 mm with a width of 3 mm to 50 mm.
