Power source for arc metal spray, thyristor based

Industrial Metal Components is a pioneer manufacturer of metal spray guns arc and flame type, and related accessories. For arc metal spray gun a power source is required which consists of a DC rectifier. The company has used thyristor-based constant potential DC rectifier for the first time in India in their power source IMC-95. It gives better spray results and uniform coatings. Besides that, this power source has electronic voltage control system, which gives more accuracy, less maintenance and low weight for easy handling. It works on 3-phase, 415 V, 15 Hz input power and supplies 400 A maximum as output. Any make and type of arc spray gun can be operated by this power source. The power source is most suitable for metallising on capacitors, zinc coating on LPG cylinders, wind mills, corrosion resistance, metal coating on shaft, pipes, textile and paper mills, rollers, rebuilding of parts, etc.
