HBL Power Systems offers Battle Tank and Armoured Vehicle Battery, Model BR-140. These are Pure Lead Tin, Valve Regulated Lead Acid Monobloc Batteries.
HBL’s BR140 battery more than conforms to the Russian GOST Specification # TY16-529-357-78 (140Ah/20hr/10.5V/25 C) with respect to all electrical performance parameters.
BR140 not only replaces the original Russian Flooded battery but also caters for more power
needed due to the up- gradation of the T-72, other Battle Tanks and Armoured vehicles.
- Pure lead-tin thin plate technology for greater power & higher corrosion resistance
- High peak power capability guarantees starting even under partial state of charge
- Resistant to high levels of shock and vibration
- Flame retardant polypropylene container and lid ensures safety
- No water top-up - employs gas recombination technology
- Reliable operation at extreme temperatures (-40ºC to +50ºC)
- No free electrolyte, hence safe for operation in all orientations, especially during loading/unloading in the tank
- Compatibility with on-board charger ensures quick recharge
