Yushiro Buhmwoo (India) Company, an ISO 9001 & 14001 TUV certified company incorporated in 2005, is an MNC engaged in the field of manufacturing metal working lubricants. The parent company M/s Buhmwoo Chemicals Industry Ltd, Korea, is a leader in the field of manufacturing industrial coolants in Korea. Buhmwoo Chemicals Industry joined hands with Yushiro Chemical Industry Ltd, Japan, who is also in the same field. With commercial production commenced in the month of May 2007, currently it manufactures hydraulic oil, way lube oil, gear oil, spindle oil, vacuum oil, compressor oil, cutting oil, press oil, cleaning oil, anti-rusting oil and discharging oil. Metallic surface usually forms an oxide film during the process of storing as it comes in contact with various pollutants that stick to it. Metal surfaces with rust or having pollutants attached to it exert a bad effect in plating, coating or chemical treatment etc. As a pre-process treatment, cleaning of these metal surfaces is a must, which has to undergo process like plating, coating or chemical treatment. Specifications (Product–appearance–specific gravity (15/4 degree C)– flash point (degree C)–application and properties: YBI Belclean SWD-7500 – colourless transparent – 0.75 +/-0.02 – 42 degree C – easily removes dirt on complicated parts; YBI Belclean SWD-5020 – colourless transparent – 0.74 +/-0.02 – 50 degree C – for removing grease, neat type forming oil, cutting oil, drawing oil and anti-rusting oil on rubber, aluminium, titanium alloy, ferrous and non-ferrous parts; YBI Belclean SWD-4500 – colourless transparent – 0.79 +/-0.02 – 76 degree C; and YBI Belclean SWD-110 – colourless transparent – 0.81 +/-0.02 – 100 degree C – application dipping and ultrasonic cleaning. Other than these main products, the company also manufactures specialty products like orchard spray oil and knitting oil; and imports heat treatment oil, rolling oil, automotive rust preventives and grease directly from the parent company, as per customers’ needs and requirements, and provide technical support on weekly basis. It caters mostly to automobile and engineering industries.
